The Opportunity
Turn audiences into active learners.
Whether it’s a museum label, an online exhibition, a heritage brand story, or an educational page — the average reader gives it seconds before moving on. The content is strong; the format is passive.
Socratic AI Guides change the format. Instead of delivering information, they ask questions — guiding people to observe closely, reason through what they see, and arrive at understanding on their own. This is object-based learning, a proven pedagogical method from museum education, implemented as a conversational AI experience — and it works anywhere an audience meets cultural content: exhibitions, brand showcases, educational platforms, cultural sites.
The result: deeper engagement, longer dwell time, and learning that people actually retain — all measurable.

A conversational AI docent — embedded in your digital exhibition or web page — that turns passive viewing into active discovery.

Two Paths
Two paths to get started.
Option A
Bundled with a Flintwise exhibition
The most cost-effective route. If you’re commissioning a digital exhibition from us, the AI guide is included in our Full tier, or available as an add-on to Standard tier (+$4,000–6,000). The research is already done — the guide trains directly on the content we produce.
Option B
Standalone
Already have a digital exhibition (yours or someone else’s)? We build the AI guide layer on top.
- ·Setup: $5,000–10,000 (depends on collection size and content readiness)
- ·Annual subscription: $2,400–6,000/year (hosting, model updates, analytics, up to 2 content refreshes per year)
A consumer-facing subscription product (for individual learners, homeschool families, and educators) is currently in development. Interested in early access? Email us.
Process
How we work.
Bundled with a Flintwise exhibition: the guide is built as part of the exhibition production process. No separate workflow — it launches with the exhibition. Standalone:
Content Ingestion Weeks 1–2
You provide existing exhibition content: object records, label texts, curatorial research. We assess completeness, flag gaps, and define scope.
Dialogue Design Weeks 2–4
We design Socratic dialogue sequences — the question structure, knowledge boundaries, and learning arc for each object or section. You review and approve.
Build & Test Weeks 4–6
The guide is built, trained, and tested. You receive a staging link for internal review. One round of dialogue refinement included.
Launch Weeks 6–7
Widget embedded, analytics activated, live.
